My name is Pastor Henry Nkrumah. I am with working under Pastor Chuck Heidenreich in the Greater Grace Church of Takoradi, Ghana. I am married to Yeleyon Nkrumah a Liberian. We have three Liberian orphans that we are taking care of. We have been married for the past five years.
My wife on one of her visits to her hometown met these kids in this condition and God laid it on her heart to bring these kids to Ghana where they could receive proper care, attention and love. She had them before we got married in the year 2002.
Their father dad is dead. He died during the war. Their mom is still alive in the village but can't help with the kids. Their grandmother who was helping had a stroke and is blind at the same time. Baby (Pastor Henry's wife) is the last of four sisters and one brother. Her two sisters are in Liberia with their family. Her senior sister is in the United States with Baby's mom. She was the one helping out with the kids previously, but she has lost her job and is not able to send any financial support.
Presently, our finances have not been very good and we are grateful to Children of Grace that they have been able to help us to feed and care for these children.
